What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a positive environment in the retail location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail environment and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and maintain a visible Allied Universal presence.
• Maintain detailed logs and reports of daily activities and incidents in accordance with company and client guidelines.
• Support retail staff and visitors with information, directions, and assistance while helping to uphold site protocols.
• Communicate professionally with Allied Universal management, client representatives, and local authorities as required.
• Remain alert to surroundings and report any unusual or suspicious activity that may impact the operations of the retail location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
