What You'll Do:

• Monitor and control access to the logistics and distribution location, verifying credentials and authorizations for entry and exit.
• Assist with security-related procedures and follow site-specific policies to support the client's operations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities or breaches.
• Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting visitors, employees, and contractors as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and logs of access control activities, incidents, and observations for reporting purposes.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
