What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and to monitor for security-related concerns.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance needs within the retail/mall environment.
• Collaborate with location staff and/or visitors to offer assistance and information as needed, promoting a welcoming environment.
• Complete all required reports and documentation of incidents and activities according to Allied Universal procedures.
• Remain alert and attentive to surroundings while on patrol to help to deter potential issues and to support a secure environment for clients and visitors.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
