As a Security Professional - Chemical Plant Driving Role in Baytown, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As an unarmed patrol professional with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by actively monitoring and patrolling a chemical and petrochemical location. Your presence will help create a secure environment for everyone onsite, while you provide outstanding customer service and clear communication. This role is a driving post, so a valid driver's license in the job state is required. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and perimeter, including operational areas typical of chemical or petrochemical locations.
• Maintain awareness of surroundings to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
• Document and report any unusual observations, incidents, or maintenance needs encountered during patrols.
• Communicate promptly and professionally with Allied Universal management, client representatives, and emergency personnel as needed.
• Comply with all site-specific training requirements and protocols relevant to a chemical or petrochemical environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Proof of a high school diploma or equivalent, such as a GED, is required by the client.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
