What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergencies as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location and along the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns in a timely manner to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential issues and provide reassurance to employees and visitors at the location.
• Assist with controlling access to restricted areas within the facility as directed by site policies.
• Complete required documentation and reports regarding security-related incidents and daily activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid EMT certification is required.
• Previous firefighting experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
