As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. You will conduct routine patrols, communicate clearly with clients and visitors, and respond to situations with professionalism and care. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment for all personnel and visitors.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including business interiors and the perimeter, to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and key access points to help to deter unauthorized access within the facility.
• Observe and report any unusual activity, hazards, or security-related concerns to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel and/or client contacts.
• Assist with access control procedures, verifying credentials of individuals entering restricted areas as required by site policies.
• Support emergency response activities, including guiding employees and visitors during evacuation or other critical events.
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation of daily activities, incidents, and patrols as directed by site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
