What You'll Do:

• Carry out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the food and beverage production location as directed by Allied Universal.
• Provide visible presence and help to deter unauthorized activity by conducting regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including emergencies that may arise within the location.
• Offer customer service to client personnel, visitors, and vendors by addressing questions and assisting with security-related matters.
• Maintain awareness of surroundings and report any suspicious activity or conditions to appropriate Allied Universal personnel or client contacts.
• Document incidents and observations according to established Allied Universal protocols.
• Follow all site-specific instructions regarding access control, restricted areas, and/or special requirements for the food and beverage environment.
• Assist with emergency response activities as appropriate, including coordinating with local law enforcement or first responders when necessary.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a valid armed guard card or armed guard license as required by state and/or local law.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
