As a Security Professional - Financial Site Roving Patrol in Kips Bay, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed professional with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure and welcoming environment within a financial institution setting. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols of the location, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service through clear and professional communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols inside the facility and around the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity or suspicious behavior.
• Complete reports and document activities and/or incidents according to site requirements.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas to help to deter unauthorized access within the location.
• Communicate with Allied Universal management and client representatives as needed for site operations and/or incident resolution.
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
