What You'll Do:

• Perform screening of personnel and packages entering and exiting the logistics and distribution location, following site-specific policies.
• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and responding to inquiries.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
• Assist with access control by verifying credentials and monitoring entry points as required for the logistics and distribution operation.
• Document and report any security-related incidents, irregularities, or issues encountered during the shift.
• Promote a positive and professional presence while representing Allied Universal at the assigned location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
