As a Security Officer - Auto Patrol Specialist FT in Louisville, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As an unarmed patrol professional with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents at a leading automotive location by conducting regular patrols, maintaining a visible presence, and supporting loss prevention initiatives. You will interact with visitors and staff, respond to access control needs, and provide exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity within the automotive environment.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to management and/or law enforcement as directed.
• Assist visitors, employees, and contractors by providing guidance and information related to site protocols.
• Document incidents, observations, and daily activities according to Allied Universal procedures.
• Support access control measures by monitoring entry and exit points throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• Experience in loss prevention is preferred.
• Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
