As a Security Guard - Patrol Driver Role in Bonita Springs, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a residential community, helping to deter security-related incidents and create a secure environment for residents and guests. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols, remaining visible throughout the location, and delivering exceptional customer service through clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Control access to the residential community by verifying credentials and/or identification of residents, guests, and vendors.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, visitors, and vendors while carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and its perimeter, including common areas, to help to deter suspicious activity.
• Document and report security-related incidents and/or unusual activity according to site protocols.
• Assist with emergency response activities as required by Allied Universal and site-specific guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 plus years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
