As a Security Officer - Financial Dispatch in Saint Paul, MN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will play a key role in monitoring and coordinating security-related activities from a central command post. Your responsibilities will include communicating with on-site teams, handling incoming calls, and helping to deter security-related incidents through timely response and clear direction. You will provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong communication with both team members and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Monitor and operate communication systems to dispatch security-related personnel and resources as needed within a financial institution location.
• Receive and document incident reports, requests for assistance, and information from staff, visitors, and/or other sources.
• Coordinate with on-site and remote teams to support security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, facilitating communication and support as appropriate.
• Maintain detailed logs and records of all dispatch activities and communications.
• Assist in emergency response activities by activating protocols and notifying appropriate parties based on established guidelines.
• Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting individuals with security-related concerns or needs in person and/or via communication devices.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
