As a Security Professional - Dispatch Driver - Part Time in Riverside, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Dispatch professional serving a government location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and foster a secure environment. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. This is a driving position, so a valid driver's license is required. What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within government facilities.
  • Monitor and coordinate communications from the dispatch center, relaying information to on-site personnel and emergency responders.
  • Conduct regular and random checks of alarm systems, surveillance equipment, and communication devices to help to deter unauthorized activities.
  • Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and communications as required by site protocols.
  • Maintain constant communication with Allied Universal management and on-site personnel to support operational needs.
  • Assist with coordinating emergency response efforts and notifying appropriate authorities when necessary.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Pepper spray certification is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
