As a Security Professional - Front Desk Driver in Lexington Park, MD, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional in a financial institution setting, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, helping to create a welcoming and secure-related environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk in a financial institution location.
• Monitor access to the premises by greeting visitors, verifying identification, and managing visitor logs.
• Respond to incidents and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Assist with security-related inquiries and provide information to clients, employees, and visitors as needed.
• Support emergency response activities by communicating pertinent information to appropriate personnel and following instructions from Allied Universal leadership.
• Maintain a visible presence at the front desk to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• An armed guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
