As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment at an aerospace and defense location. You will conduct regular armed patrols, help to deter security-related incidents through visible presence, and provide outstanding customer service and communication to everyone on site. What You'll Do:

• Carry out security-related procedures and site-specific policies to provide customer service to clients at aerospace and defense locations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, while maintaining a professional presence.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas, reporting any unusual or suspicious activity to Allied Universal and site management.
• Participate in emergency response activities as needed, following established protocols for aerospace and defense environments.
• Complete daily activity reports and maintain thorough documentation of all security-related incidents and observations.
• Interact with employees, visitors, and/or contractors, providing assistance and guidance while upholding site access control procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Must possess a valid concealed carry weapons permit.
• Must have at least 1 year of law enforcement experience or 2 years of security supervisor or manager experience or 3 years of security-related experience.
• Must possess an active Department of Defense Secret Clearance.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security-related training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
