As an ACCESS_CONTROL professional with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment at a commercial real estate location. Your role will involve monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, conducting routine checks, and providing exceptional customer service through clear communication. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license. What You'll Do:

• Monitor and control access to the location, verifying credentials and granting entry as appropriate to authorized individuals.
• Assist with visitor management, including registration and providing information as needed.
• Help to deter unauthorized access by maintaining a visible presence at access points.
• Respond to security-related incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns.
• Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and employees, providing customer service while carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Support emergency response activities according to established protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
