What You'll Do:

• Carry out security-related procedures and site-specific policies in a food and beverage environment while delivering excellent customer service.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, taking appropriate action as required.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Remain alert to unusual activities or potential problems within the premises and report findings promptly.
• Engage with employees, visitors, and/or customers in a professional manner while maintaining a visible presence.
• Participate in emergency response activities according to site protocols and Allied Universal guidelines.
• Document incidents, observations, and actions taken during patrols or in response to events.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of experience in law enforcement, military police, or corrections.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Must hold a Level III Armed Certification for Texas roles only.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security-related training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
