As a Security Professional - Manufacturing Patrol Driver in Weslaco, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. In this role, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, help to deter security-related incidents, and maintain a visible presence throughout the facility. You will interact with team members, provide outstanding customer service, and communicate with both staff and visitors. This position requires a valid driver's license under AU Driver Policy Requirements, as you may be responsible for driving as part of your patrol duties. What You'll Do:

• Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or access.
• Monitor physical conditions within the facility to report any irregularities, including doors, windows, and gates.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and emergency personnel as needed.
• Document incidents and activities thoroughly in written reports as required by Allied Universal guidelines.
• Participate in emergency response activities when appropriate according to site-specific protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
