As a Security Professional - Mall Patrol Driver in Grass Valley, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol retail and mall locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible and approachable. Your presence and routine patrols support a secure environment for visitors, tenants, and staff. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication, embodying our values of teamwork, reliability, and integrity. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors at retail and mall locations by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including responding to emergencies as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, assisting in maintaining order at retail or mall environments.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail or mall premises and perimeter to observe for unusual activity, help to deter theft or disruptions, and support a secure environment.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of activities, observations, and incidents during patrols in line with Allied Universal protocols.
• Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and staff to address inquiries, provide directions, or offer assistance when needed.
• Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders when required, following established protocols for retail or mall settings.

Minimum Requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
