As a Security Officer - Commercial Real Estate Patrol in Atlanta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol various areas within a commercial real estate location, remaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will conduct regular patrols, interact with tenants and visitors, and provide outstanding customer service while upholding our values of teamwork, integrity, and putting people first. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergencies as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment for everyone at the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and observe for unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to deter unauthorized access and identify potential concerns.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and site guidelines.
• Communicate professionally with tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or local authorities as needed while upholding the standards of Allied Universal.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
