As a Security Professional - Access Control Driver Role in Frisco, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As a Part-Time Security Officer, you’ll use our exclusive Claim a Shift platform to view and Pick up open shifts based on your availability—giving you the freedom to build a schedule that works for you, while gaining valuable site experience across various industries. As an Allied Universal Security Professional assigned to a residential community, you will play a key role in access control, monitoring, and patrolling the premises to help create a secure and welcoming environment. This is a primarily driving post, where you will help to deter security-related incidents through visible presence, routine patrols, and exceptional customer service. You will interact with residents and visitors, responding to inquiries and providing valuable assistance. What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
  • Monitor access points to help control entry and exit of individuals and vehicles within the residential community.
  • Assist in the implementation of emergency response activities as required by site protocols.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the residential areas and perimeter to help identify and report irregularities.
  • Maintain detailed records of activities, incidents, and observations as directed by site management and Allied Universal protocols.
  • Work collaboratively with residents, property management, and/or local authorities when necessary.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • A valid guard card or security license is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
