As a Security Professional - Manufacturing Site in Houston, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a valued member of the Allied Universal team, you will monitor and patrol a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a professional presence. Your role will involve conducting regular patrols, engaging with employees and visitors, and delivering exceptional customer service and communication. You'll play a key part in fostering a welcoming and secure environment, supported by our culture of teamwork, integrity, and innovation. This position requires a valid driver's license as you may be responsible for driving duties during your shift.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
