As a Security Officer - Government Patrol in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a government location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and provide a welcoming presence. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and engage with visitors and staff to deliver exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner to help minimize disruptions.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or situations in accordance with Allied Universal and site procedures.
• Support access control procedures for visitors and personnel entering and exiting the location.
• Maintain clear and concise communication with Allied Universal management, site personnel, and emergency responders as necessary.
• Document all incidents, observations, and security-related activities in a timely and accurate manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
• A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
