As a Security Officer - Patrol Team Member in Marshall, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a prominent food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a welcoming atmosphere. Your visible presence and routine patrols will contribute to a secure environment for employees and visitors. You will also provide outstanding customer service, communicate clearly with all individuals on site, and embody Allied Universal's values of reliability, teamwork, and integrity in every interaction.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by conducting security-related procedures and adhering to site-specific policies, including responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly while utilizing problem-solving skills.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the food and beverage facility as well as its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and support a secure environment.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other designated areas to help to deter theft, property damage, and/or unwanted activity.
• Document observations, incidents, and security-related activities accurately and promptly according to company and location procedures.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff to provide assistance and information as needed.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal and location personnel to address any security-related concerns or incidents.
• Follow all company guidelines, policies, and procedures while maintaining a professional presence at all times while on location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
