As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a logistics and distribution location, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling assigned areas to help to deter security-related incidents. You will maintain a visible presence throughout the facility, interact with staff and visitors, and deliver outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location, including the business premises and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report any irregularities, such as property damage, theft, or unusual behavior, according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Interact professionally with employees, visitors, and/or drivers entering or exiting the location, providing assistance as needed.
• Monitor access points and maintain awareness of the surroundings to help to deter security-related threats.
• Work in various environmental conditions that may be present at logistics and distribution locations.
• Complete detailed and accurate reports related to all security-related activities and incidents encountered during patrols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
