What You'll Do:

• Provide excellent customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including response activities in emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations within the healthcare location in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and support a secure environment.
• Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activities to the appropriate personnel or authorities as required.
• Assist visitors, patients, and staff with directions and information as needed while maintaining a professional presence.
• Support access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points at the location.
• Document security-related incidents and daily activities accurately in provided logs or reports.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
