What You'll Do:

• Monitor and control access to the facility, verifying credentials and authorizations for all individuals entering or exiting the premises.
• Assist with the enforcement of site-specific policies and procedures related to access control and security-related matters.
• Provide customer service by addressing questions, offering directions, and assisting employees and visitors as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the building and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential security-related risks.
• Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and any irregularities in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.
• Support emergency response activities as directed by site management and Allied Universal procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
