As a Security Officer - Mall Access Control in Braselton, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Allied Universal Security Professional assigned to a retail location, you will play a key role in access control, managing entry points and monitoring badge activity to help to deter security-related incidents. Your presence and routine patrols throughout the property will help create a welcoming environment for visitors and staff alike. What You'll Do:

• Assist with access control procedures by verifying credentials and monitoring entry points at the location.
• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or guests by responding to inquiries and offering assistance as needed.
• Help to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious activity through regular observation and a visible presence.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail environment and its perimeter, observing for irregularities and reporting findings as required.
• Document security-related incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.
• Support emergency response activities as appropriate, following established procedures and instructions from site management and Allied Universal supervisors.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
