As a Security Officer - Residential Patrol PT in Fountain Hill, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to clients and residents by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify potential security-related concerns.
  • Monitor the premises to observe and report any unusual activities or conditions.
  • Interact professionally with residents, visitors, and staff to address questions or concerns.
  • Document and report all incidents, observations, and actions taken during the shift in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.
  • Collaborate with other Allied Universal personnel and on-site contacts to support a secure environment.

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience in armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military roles is required.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
