As a Security Guard - Unarmed Patrol Driver in Moline, IL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. Your presence helps to deter security-related incidents, while you maintain visibility and interact positively with employees and visitors. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license as part of your responsibilities. You'll deliver exceptional customer service, uphold our values of teamwork and integrity, and contribute to a welcoming environment where people come first.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity. Working environments and conditions may vary by location, especially within manufacturing and industrial settings.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized access.
• Document observations and incidents according to company and site-specific protocols.
• Assist with managing access control for employees, contractors, and visitors as required by the site.
• Support Allied Universal management and site personnel in carrying out security-related duties and responding to emergencies.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
