As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a food and beverage location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence throughout the premises. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following company protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and maintain a visible presence.
• Monitor access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and report suspicious activity.
• Assist with site-specific tasks related to the food and beverage environment, such as monitoring for hazards, checking for compliance with site rules and/or supporting company personnel as directed.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs and/or reports of activities, incidents and observations during the shift.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with company personnel, visitors and other stakeholders as required.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is preferred.
• Experience providing customer service is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A valid security-related guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
