As a Security Professional - Distribution Patrol Team in Goodyear, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help maintain a secure environment. Your visible presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you engage with employees and visitors, providing outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Assist with incident response and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location, including the business interior and perimeter.
• Observe for unusual activity or security-related concerns during patrols and report findings according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Support access control measures by monitoring entry and exit points as required by location policies.
• Communicate professionally with site staff, visitors, and/or delivery personnel, providing assistance or information as needed.
• Document and report security-related incidents and/or issues according to established procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A Guard Card or security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
