What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the manufacturing and industrial location.
• Monitor access control points to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain order within the premises.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility and its perimeter to help to deter potential concerns and report any irregularities.
• Assist visitors, employees, and contractors with access procedures and inquiries in a professional manner.
• Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual activity observed during shifts.
• Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and client personnel to address security-related needs and situations as they arise.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
