As a Security Officer - Patrol Driver - Part Time in Pleasant Prairie, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols throughout a dynamic commercial real estate location. Your visible presence will play a crucial role in creating a secure environment while delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves interacting with tenants and visitors, monitoring access points, and responding to incidents as they arise. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for patrolling the property using a company-approved vehicle. What You'll Do:

  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, guests, and tenants by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior and exterior areas, to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential issues.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and report any suspicious activity.
  • Document and report all observations, incidents, and activities as required by site procedures and Allied Universal standards.
  • Assist with emergency response activities as needed, including evacuations and/or other site-specific procedures.
  • Collaborate with property management and other stakeholders to address security-related concerns at the commercial real estate location.

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least one year of security-related experience is required.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
