As a Security Officer - Auto Patrol Unarmed in Riverside, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will actively monitor and patrol an auto dealership location, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a reassuring presence. You will interact with visitors and staff, deliver outstanding customer service, and respond to various situations with professionalism and care. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the auto location in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the dealership and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or security-related violations encountered during patrols.
• Assist dealership staff, visitors, and customers with questions and/or directions as needed.
• Document all incidents and security-related concerns according to Allied Universal policies and client requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• A valid Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
