As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Patrol in Gallatin, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you provide outstanding customer service and clear communication. You will interact with employees and visitors, assisting as needed and upholding the highest standards of integrity and teamwork. In this role, you will be part of a caring culture that puts people first, working together with others in an agile and innovative environment to deliver reliable protection and service.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the manufacturing and industrial location in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activities and to observe any unusual conditions.
• Document and report any observed hazards, incidents, or suspicious activity in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.
• Assist with controlling access to the premises, verifying credentials, and monitoring entry and exit points as required.
• Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and team members while maintaining a visible presence throughout the location.
• Support the enforcement of site rules and regulations to maintain order within the industrial environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
