As a Security Officer - Tech Driving Site in Albuquerque, NM, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at a leading tech and media location, you will play a critical role in monitoring and coordinating security-related activities to help create a secure environment. You will manage communication channels, support field teams, and provide exceptional customer service to staff and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Operate communication and dispatch systems to monitor and coordinate security-related activities within the location.
• Receive, evaluate, and prioritize incoming calls, radio transmissions, and requests for assistance, providing clear information and instructions as needed.
• Document incidents, observations, and communications in real time according to site-specific procedures and policies.
• Alert and dispatch security personnel to respond to incidents, emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Maintain awareness of ongoing activities throughout the location and communicate pertinent information to appropriate personnel.
• Assist with customer service by answering inquiries from staff, visitors, and/or contractors regarding site-specific policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal management and site personnel to help to deter unauthorized activity through consistent monitoring and communication.
• Follow all emergency response protocols and assist in coordinating the response during incidents and/or evacuations as necessary.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• A valid guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
