As a Security Officer - Logistics Patrol Operations in Ellenwood, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help maintain a secure environment. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents, and you will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by performing security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and supporting emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to assist with resolution of issues.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity, observing for irregularities and reporting any concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the logistics and distribution location, reporting any suspicious or unauthorized behavior.
• Complete detailed reports regarding daily activities and incidents encountered during patrols.
• Assist visitors, employees, and vendors with questions or directions while demonstrating professionalism.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal management and site personnel to address security-related needs specific to the logistics and distribution environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
