As a Security Officer - Financial Institution Patrol in Sacramento, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a prominent financial institution location, you will actively monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols, providing exceptional customer service, and communicating clearly with visitors and staff. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergencies as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining a professional presence at the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and key areas within the property to help to deter unauthorized access or suspicious behavior.
• Complete written reports and logs of observations, incidents, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client requirements.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, clients, and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Follow post orders and instructions provided by Allied Universal and site leadership, adapting to the specific needs of a financial institution environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
