As a Security Guard - Patrol Driver CRE in Wayne, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a prominent commercial real estate location, you will conduct regular patrols and remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will interact with tenants and visitors, providing outstanding customer service and clear communication. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a commercial real estate environment.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity, maintenance needs, or other issues encountered during patrols.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unauthorized individuals and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere for tenants and visitors.
• Work collaboratively with building management and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Complete required reports and logs accurately and in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
