What You'll Do:

• Carry out security-related procedures and site-specific policies in a manufacturing and industrial environment, while providing excellent customer service.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter potential incidents and/or unauthorized activity.
• Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations, utilizing problem-solving skills to assess and address the situation appropriately.
• Maintain high visibility throughout the location to help to deter unwanted activity and provide reassurance to employees and visitors.
• Document and report security-related incidents or suspicious activity according to established protocols.
• Assist with emergency response activities as needed, following the guidelines and instructions specific to the site.
• Work collaboratively with site personnel and Allied Universal team members to support a secure and orderly environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
