As a Security Officer - Industrial Patrol in Lewisport, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will be responsible for conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents. You will monitor assigned areas, interact with individuals on-site, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Your role is vital in creating a welcoming and secure environment, reflecting Allied Universal's values of agility, reliability, and innovation, while placing people first and acting with integrity and teamwork.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity or access.
• Observe and report any unusual conditions, hazards, or potential security-related threats within the manufacturing and industrial location.
• Interact professionally with employees, visitors, and/or contractors, assisting with security-related inquiries and site access as needed.
• Maintain accurate and detailed logs and/or reports of patrol activities, observations, and incidents for review by Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
