What You'll Do:

• Greet visitors, employees, and/or vendors in a professional and courteous manner at the main entrance or front desk area.
• Monitor access control systems and check identification to help to deter unauthorized entry to the location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific policies and procedures.
• Maintain detailed and accurate activity logs and/or incident reports as required by the location.
• Communicate clearly and promptly with Allied Universal management, client contacts, and/or emergency personnel when necessary.
• Provide customer service by answering questions and assisting with directions within the location.
• Follow all site-specific policies and procedures related to security-related matters and emergency response activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
