As a Security Officer - Hotel Patrol in Philadelphia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. As a Patrol Officer at a prominent hotel and resort location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting regular patrols and maintaining a visible presence throughout the property. What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to guests, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the hotel and resort location.
  • Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
  • Assist with access control by monitoring entrances, exits, and restricted areas as required.
  • Document and report security-related incidents, unusual observations, and maintenance concerns according to company and site guidelines.
  • Support emergency response activities as needed, working cooperatively with hotel staff and local emergency personnel.
  • Maintain a visible Allied Universal presence to help to deter unwanted behaviors and provide reassurance to guests and staff.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
