As a Security Professional - Patrol Security Clearance Required in Annapolis, MD, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will conduct routine patrols and remain a visible presence within an aerospace and defense-oriented location. What You'll Do:

• Carry out security-related procedures and site-specific policies while providing customer service to clients and visitors in an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and/or potential threats.
• Observe and report any suspicious behavior, hazards, or unusual activity encountered during patrols.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points as required by site procedures.
• Support emergency response activities when appropriate, working closely with site personnel and first responders as necessary.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and site policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• An active Department of Defense Secret Clearance is required.
• A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
