As a Security Guard - Unarmed Patrol - Overnight Shift in Inglewood, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, engaging with individuals onsite, and providing outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, responding to emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the healthcare location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Communicate clearly with staff, visitors, and/or patients while maintaining a professional presence at all times.
• Remain alert and observant while monitoring the premises for any irregularities or suspicious behavior.
• Document and report security-related incidents and/or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying identification as required.
• Support emergency response protocols, helping to guide individuals during drills or actual emergency situations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience in loss prevention is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
