As a Security Professional - Financial Institution Lobby in Saint Louis, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a FRONT DESK officer with Allied Universal at a leading financial institution, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and staff, helping to create a welcoming and secure environment. Your presence at the front desk will help to deter security-related incidents while delivering outstanding customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Greet and assist visitors, employees, and/or clients at the front desk in a professional manner.
• Verify identification and manage access control for individuals entering the location, following site-specific policies and procedures.
• Monitor access points and observe activity using available surveillance systems to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious behavior.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm and problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Document and report any security-related incidents, irregularities, or unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.
• Communicate clearly and courteously with clients, visitors, and/or law enforcement as needed.
• Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting with directions or information as required by the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Must provide proof of high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• State, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
