What You'll Do:

• Perform access control duties by verifying credentials of individuals entering and exiting the location, in alignment with site-specific policies and procedures.
• Assist with monitoring entrances, exits, and secure areas to help to deter unauthorized access within a tech, media, or telecom environment.
• Provide customer service by assisting employees, visitors, and contractors with general inquiries and site navigation.
• Respond to incidents and security-related situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises and perimeter to help to deter suspicious activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Accurately document incidents, observations, and activities using Allied Universal reporting tools as required by site protocols.
• Support emergency response activities, coordinating with local authorities or site representatives as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
