What You'll Do:

• Monitor access points and verify credentials of individuals entering and/or exiting the location to help to deter unauthorized entry.
• Carry out security-related procedures and follow site-specific policies to support customer service for clients in a utilities environment.
• Respond promptly to incidents and critical situations, maintaining a calm and problem-solving approach.
• Conduct both regular and random patrols around the designated business areas and perimeter, adjusting as required by the needs of the location.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Provide assistance and support during emergency response activities based on established protocols.
• Maintain detailed records and logs of activities, incidents, and observations during each shift.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
