What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, guests, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including both interior and exterior areas, to help to deter unwanted activity and identify any security-related concerns.
• Observe and report any irregularities, such as unusual behavior, unauthorized persons, or property damage, in accordance with Allied Universal and site policies.
• Assist in controlling access to the premises and monitor entrances and exits to help to deter unauthorized entry.
• Communicate with Allied Universal management, site personnel, and local authorities as required for incident response and reporting.
• Complete detailed written reports and incident documentation as required by Allied Universal and the site.
• Remain alert and attentive during assigned shifts, adapting to varying environments and conditions as required by the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
